I believe in efficiency.
I want to help young athletes optimise performance, and mid-lifers like me regain that athletic body without wasting time or money.
I know this is possible. I haven’t had a gym membership for 10 years.
Instead, I have developed a system which has helped me get in the best shape of my life at 45, training for 15-20 minutes on most days and eating a reasonably healthy, reasonably well-balanced diet.
