  • Hybrid Coaching is a combination of PERSONAL TRAINING & ONLINE TRAINING
         –  Professional Assessments + Custom Made Training Program
         – 1-2-1 Personal Coaching (when you can)
        –  HOME-FIT Online Coaching (when you’re training on your own)
  • Constant access to your training program through your ONLINE ACCOUNT or the HOME-FIT app
  • ACCOUNTABILITY even when we are not training together – Check-in when you complete healthy habits, workouts etc.
  • Limit your expense – only have as many 1-to-1 sessions as you need

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • In a 1-to-1 Setting:
    • Interview – Discuss your goals, previous training, current injuries or other problems
    • Functional Movement Assessment
    • Performance Assessment (depending on requirements)
    • As many private coaching sessions as you want – charged separately

 

  • With the Online Account & Coaching App:
    • Individualised Training Program
    • Daily Reminders, Challenges, Diet Tips etc.
    • Check-Ins

 

COST

  • Monthly Fee: €50 – to – €250 Depending on Requirements  (Contact Spike to discuss)
  • 1-to-1 Sessions: €55

 

N.B To ensure that you get results, all programs are for a minimum of 3-months.
