  • When I was younger I used to train hard. I was playing numerous sports to a reasonable level. I used to smash it in the gym and worked as a model for numerous brands such as Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, Body Shop, Inter-Sport to name a few. I trained hard, but certainly not smart!

  • Eventually, in my 30’s all that stress on my body caught up with me and started causing me problems.

  • At the same time I was having to work long hours every day on the computer and also had the responsibility of a young family. I was getting little sleep and had hardly any time to train or cook healthy meals.

  • So, with a degree in Nutrition, an MSc. in Exercise Physiology, and over a decade training people of all ages, I set about using my experience of helping other people to try and help myself.
