I’m a woman, can I do this program?
  • Yes, of course! 
  • Women can get amazing results on this program, just like men.
What equipment do I need?
  • For the best results you’ll need a couple of kettlebells – 1 heavier and 1 lighter (dumbells can work but not for some exercises not so well) – See my article on choosing the right Kettlebells for advice on weights etc.
  • You’ll also need a couple of resistance bands and a miniband – for advice on which ones see my article on choosing the right Resistance Bands
How much training experience do I need?
  • The program is designed for people who used to train hard in the past, but haven’t trained properly for some time.
  • However, all exercises come with good instructions and coaching videos. So, even if you only have a little experience training, if you follow the instructions carefully you will know exactly what to do. Like everyone, just make sure you read the instructions properly, and focus on good posture and movement quality.

How many workouts are there each week?
  • There are 4 main workouts each week – each lasting 20-30 minutes, and all different from each other.
  • There are also 2 ‘add-on’ sessions that will help you to recover, work on movement quality and keep you progressing towards your goals
I’m really busy, will it fit into my schedule?
  • If you have 20-30 minutes 3-4 times per week, then yes.
  • Remember, you can perform these workouts pretty much anywhere. Just make sure you have the required kit handy where you need it. For example, keep a resistance band or kettlebell in your place of work so you can perform a quick workout when you take a break.
  • If you don’t have that time to invest in your own health and future then I would suggest you need to rethink your priorities.
What happens once I purchase the program?
  • After you sign up, you can login to your account straight away using the email and password you used the sign up form. Just go to the Online Training Login page on the website
  • You will also receive an email explaining exactly what to do, and also where to download the app
  • Once inside your App or Online Account you will find further instructions
Does the program start straight away after I’ve bought it?
  • In order to keep it organised by the week, the program is scheduled to start on the Monday after you purchased it.
  • However, you have access to the training program and nutrition plans right away.
  • So, if you want to start training, you can get straight into it – just make sure you read the instructions properly.
  • I would suggest doing the ‘Week 1’ workouts and then just repeating them once the program starts from the following Monday
What’s the refund policy?
  • If you do the program and really aren’t happy with the results that you get, just email me and I’ll give you your money back. Can’t say fairer than that!
Can I add extra training to this program?
  • Yes you can, but to be honest it’s really not necessary.
  • There are already low-intensity ‘recovery’ sessions planned for the ‘off-days’, which will increase with intensity as the program progresses.
  • If you’re training for something specific, then of course you can. Just make sure you increase the training load slowly so that you don’t cause problems!
